In the meantime, you can read the epilogues from the last two Insomniac Spyro games:

Also, here is my Spyro savegame (.GME) file. It has savegames for all three Insomniac Spyro games, with all gems / dragons / talismans / orbs / eggs / skill points collected. (The ones at GameFAQS.com and the Spyro Universe didn't work for me.)
